Example for providing XEP-0030

As there is quite some documentation for the changes in XEP-30 plugin, but only an example for discovering, not for providing.

For me an example tells more than 1000 words and I'm struggeling a bit to get my bot to expose an item/node that appears e.g. in PSI+ (I did sniff the wire, the struggle is really about sending disco#items reply)

Could you please provide an example how to expose/provide a node/item for disco?

If the plugin is registered, this should be done automatically by _handle_disco_info and _handle_disco_items in disco.py.
