LM2596 PCB view is the wrong size #74

The ./svg/core/pcb/RioRand_LM2596_4d4c679376dd350f31d88f2a45c5c688_11_pcb.svg should be around43 x 22mm

currently it is aorund 7x3.

I don't have one of these devices (yet) and I can't find an accurate guide online which includes the sizes for all the holes.

thanks for pointing that out. i have found this image of

as i can see in the image, the footprint itself do not make any sens at all.

this issue can be picked up :D
