FR: Ability to modify multiple component properties

When we have a selection of the SAME component, we should be able to change multiple properties simultaneously.

For example, select 10 resistors, change resistance/tolerance/power/etc, all selected components change to that value.
If there is a selection of components with a particular property that has different values, that text field should be blank. Typing into that field should also overwrite that property of the entire selection.
