Copy and paste behavior

Problem

duplicate/copy than paste:
the position of the component after paste is anywhere but not on mouse pointer, mostly there, where even the most components are

Proposed Solution

Create a pasted part underneath the mouse cursor.
Make sure parts appear in a good "landing location" in other views (copy and past in pcb: part appears under mouse curser, but where should i appear in breadboard or schematics view)
