_frida.so: undefined symbol: gum_x86_writer_put_mov_reg_near_ptr

i get this runtime error when i try to build frida-python with a frida-gum with `-Dquickjs=disabled`

> _frida.so: undefined symbol: gum_x86_writer_put_mov_reg_near_ptr

so frida-python requires a frida-gum with `-Dquickjs=enabled`

ideally the build should fail early
