'Bad' relic scorer for Salvaging

I often find it quite difficult to identify which of my relics are good or bad. With this optimizer, the good part is made a lot easier, but I still find my inventory filling up with relics that are bad/average because I don't know whether to delete them or not.

With the Relic rating system in place, would it be possible to generate a list of 'worst' relics that would be safe to salvage? Possibly with the option to filter what characters you actually want to itemize for/what relic sets you care about?
