• Jaysinh: Asked about fidelity of wireframes, and necessity of following literalness of appearances and behaviors.
  • Erik: Offered bit-by-bit story approach to executing Beta, and clarified Nina's "detailed but greyscale = interaction design only," as well as plan in the 2 weeks ahead to get VisDe finalized.
• General: Discussed approach to Alpha, and falling-off of attendance to UX meetings. Looking forward to reaching-out to re-engage individuals after the US Thanksgiving holiday.
• Nina Update:
  • Has been intermittently working on research synthesis, but that got stretched-out further than anticipated with multi-tasking GitHub updates for Alpha and 2 grant/fellowship applications.
  • Today submitting second of two grant applications that will help determine extent of my contributions into 2019, and partially some of the UX roadmap
  • Today also hoping to complete synthesis, but have also said that for past 4 days and don't want to jinx today finally being That Day!
  • Have also been developing worksheet for workshopping most synthesis needs in a post-session follow-ups, to expedite future communication to the team and reduce synthesis time in follow-up rounds.
