Problem

When users try to run an export w/o a drive attached, they get an error message telling them to insert the drive. Should they then click "Continue" without a recognizable drive attached, they get more cryptic messaging.

Solution

Spec visual/text messaging that can begin with the Export To USB flow, and eventually extend to all other Client dialogs.
