Addressing author issues on blog page

Two requests from me and KAM concerning the way authorship is appearing on the Blog page:

1. On blogs that were published with only an organization but no author listed, is it possible to have the organization still appear on the "Written by" line? Here are some examples of blogs that would be effected:

2. Second, can we build out the functionality to allow multiple authors? The current approach has been creating a new author page with both individuals' names, but that breaks some of the searching functionality. Here are some examples:
