Energiestats are not beeing updated

Hi BSB Lan Friends,
i am running my BSB for quite a while now and i am super happy with it. But while trying to build some dashbords, i came across a weird situation. The brought in energy for Heating vs Water is not beeing updated in BSB.

There is a value in fields 31xx but it remains the same.
Looking at the Heatpump directly, it is able to show some graphs of the energie consumption.
Also the seasonal energie usage (jahresarbeitszahl) is on round about 3 at bsb and way lower on the heatpumps screen.

Anyone got an idea, why this data is not beeing transmitted to BSB?
Heatpump is an ELCO Aerotop S15.2. Dedicated energy tracker was installed a year ago. (Em340)

Some manufacturers (Atlantic, and apparently Elco as well) have built their own display units that collect additional data and then process it on the display. This information is not available on the bus. On the bus, you only can see what is accessible via parameter numbers. So if the value stays the same on that parameter, that is also what BSB-LAN sees.

thats quite unfortunate :( even the stupid elco APP (Remocon) can't show the data.
And the bars do not even provide numbers.

Seems like i have to find some other ways to get the data

On the above BSB-Lan screenshot, we can see that the historical energy values are displayed by category 3124, 3125 and 3126 (heating, water and refreshment) but the for the current period, there is only a total consumption value : 3113. Is there a way to find the split bt category ? This split is available on the Cosytouch application.

No, if it's not a parameter in the heater, then there is nothing BSB-LAN can do. Cozytouch does its own statistics that are not accessible on the bus.

But if it's not from the bus, I’m curious from which channel does Cosytouch get this detailed information. 👀

It's using the abovementioned parameters and collects the data and then aggregates it and then displays it. You can do the same in your smart home software with a little effort.
