Consider making 'Vial' and other similar items in the SRD loot rather than container

I think it is maybe a bit counterintuitive that vials are containers, considering they cannot seemingly increase in quantity this way, and a .25lb limit seems impractical in terms of how container type items are intended to be used.

Yea, they seem like something you would just rename should you fill them with something, though you would be renaming an entire "stack" of vials then unless there's a way to split them up.
