Clarify el2g ownership

Changes discussed on Slack and proposed by George have been applied. NXP
has now been explicitly called out as the owner of el2g, with
Foundries.io being implementing/integrating it into FoundriesFactory.

Admonition changed from tip to key benefits as well.

Rendered and checked the html output locally, no rendering issues
discovered.
