Failed to register WebAuthn

Describe the bug
I tried to add WebAuthn as a two-factor authentication method to my account.
I can see the passkey created on my device's password manager, but the registration screen displays the error message.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to 'Account'
2. Go to 'Two-factor authentication'
3. Click on 'Add a new device'
4. Choose 'WebAuthn-compatible hardware token (e.g. Yubikey)'
5. Complete Registration Procedure
6. See error The registration could not be completed. Please try again.

Desktop:

• OS: Windows 11 Version 24H2 (Build 26100.4770)
• Browser: Google Chrome
• Version: 138.0.7204.184 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: Stable)

Smartphone:

• OS: Android 14
• Browser: Google Chrome
• Version: 138.0.7204.169 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: Stable)
