Keywords always sorted on Windows

For some reason the global keyword seems to be ignored and not setting the global variable sort_keywords on Windows machines.

This is actually the result of a multiprocess in Python using different start methods for the child processes. Unix uses fork which inherits global variables from the parent scope, while Windows uses spawn which does not. The solution is to pass the global variable in the child process. That should be enough for the process to pick up the value from the parent.
