This [Pluto recordings] is super cool! :) Something that could be great for the future would be to record the mouse position and show it as a pointer to highlight things. Cheers!

Is this something that will be possible in the future?

Not really, one goal is to move forward with #2296 and get the cursor displays "for free" in recordings.
