• 设置了callcenter的cc-instance-id参数后，callcenter模块在调用时有问题，故而删除这个设置，使用FS的默认值；另外，删除如果callcenter模块调用失败时会对所有坐席都呼叫一下（调用坐席的默认组）的做法
