chore: update deps

[Saschl]

• Updates almost all dependencies to their latest versions
• Update node to 20 (or 22 as it's LTS soon)
• Adapt imports for esm modules (big pain)

TODO:

• test properly
• use yao-pkg or something else as Node SEO does not work with native addons (?)
• figure out a proper way to import esm modules in our commonjs project (transpiling, waiting for --experimental-require-module to become default which might happen soon: module: unflag --experimental-require-module nodejs/node#55085
• staying sane
