In order to be able to download libgit2 libraries directly into the oss-fuzz execution a solution is needed that does not require the use of a container runtime to be installed. Signed-off-by: Paulo Gomes <paulo.gomes@weave.works>
The release of libraries outside of images is only intented for the oss-fuzz integration, which in this case does not require the aarch64 platform. Signed-off-by: Paulo Gomes <paulo.gomes@weave.works>
