This PR reverts #5793 and rolls flutter `master` version to the latest `d97fafa6f`. #5793 should be re-landed on top of the newest master, so all the packages it touches can be published automatically. ## Pre-launch Checklist - [x] I read the [Contributor Guide] and followed the process outlined there for submitting PRs. - [x] I read the [Tree Hygiene] wiki page, which explains my responsibilities. - [x] I read and followed the [relevant style guides] and ran the auto-formatter.
