ScrollBehavior.dragDevices docs say

By default only PointerDeviceKind.touch, PointerDeviceKind.stylus, and PointerDeviceKind.invertedStylus are configured to create drag gestures.

However, PointerDeviceKind.trackpad is also included by default #89944
