Git fetch issue

I am self hosting Forgejo and syncing my tabs to a repo in forgejo thats on my local network. Everything was working just fine for a year until 3 days ago when this error started showing up in my extension

Failed to checkout "main" because commit c5cf1a83618fa8e11c6c8b8023bbf558e4d34f23 is not available locally. Do a git fetch to make the branch available locally. | Last synchronized: 3 days ago

Ive tried reseting the cache in floccus options but it does nothing. If anyone has any ideas please let me know

Can you try reinstalling the extension?

uninstalling and reinstalling and importing my profile results in the same error.

It seems that this is a known issue: shallow fetches aren't guaranteed to fetch the branch head: isomorphic-git/isomorphic-git#254

Can you open an issue for this, so we can track it properly?
