flexlib. ConvertibleTreeList dataprovider Issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. create flex 3 sdk project using flexlib
2. create XmlListCollection and assign it as dataprovider to
   ConvertibleTreeList
3. sort or filter collection and switch to list mode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

1. filtering and sorting xmllistcollection assigned as dataprovider don't
   works.
   if it binded.
2. only if reassign it on convertibletreelist it's works

Please provide any additional information below.

Sample file how it's works in attach. if comment line 64 there is no change
on treelist component.
I've take a look on source - and think that problem in two different
dataproviders for tree and for list
