I have an issue when use react-toastify and help me please

Can't import the named export 'cloneElement' from non EcmaScript module (only default export is available)
When I install npm and import this module, I can see above error in react.
I am using this source: https://github.com/bezkoder/redux-toolkit-example-crud-hooks as starter project
I installed react-toastify module in above source. But I can't use this module by error. Please help me
