misc smokeview improvements

feed back from device plot, mp4 creation show/tell:

• reload vs update - when running fds and viewing with smokeview, allow one to update only data that has changed rather than reloading the entire data file

• allow one to move device plots around the scene

• allow one to time average device plots

• allow one to data mine by specifying time/space region over which a histogram is computed

• make frontend for mp4 creation more lightweight by using bounding boxes instead of full geometry

• email link to generated mp4 file rather than emailing the file when the file has been created

I added a widget to time average device data. I also am now outputting the current device value beside the y axis
I changed the email smokeview sends out so that it embeds a link to the movie made rather than attaching the movie
I updated the OSX smokeview so that it now behaves the same as the Linux smokeview when refreshing the dialogs. So the occurrence of artifacts should be reduced
