Getting Started with Git

Both CFAST and FDS make use of Git and GitHub for version control. Both repositories, cfast and fds, fall under the same project name, firemodels. Notes for using Git are given here. To work with CFAST, you will need to clone the cfast, bot, smv, and exp repositories to your local machine. Put all of these repositories in the same folder, preferably one called firemodels.
