[Feature Request] option to pass to the RemoteConfig getValue the conditions

Hi,

I have a feature request for the Remote Config.
right now i'm struggling with it because it takes several hours to setUserProperty to take effect and to get the right parameter from the RemoteConfig for my website, ontop of that, i want to change the userProperty on user demand (for example he wants to see the website as it appears for another country) and that doesn't work.

can the RemoteConfig getValue api receive an optional parameter for the conditions ?
would make life easier to use RemoteConfig i assume as intended with the conditions and not wait hours and have issues related to the parameter associated with the client at that moment.
