Reverted the Vertex AI refactor of
GenerativeModelandChatas Swift actors. The methodsgenerateContentStreamandstartChatinGenerativeModelandsendMessageStreaminChatno longer need to be called withawait. These methods do, however, continue to throw (new behaviour introduced in 11.2).
