Checklist

  • This is not brainstorming ideas. If you have an idea you'd like to discuss, please open a new discussion on the lotus forum and select the category as Ideas.
  • I have a specific, actionable, and well motivated feature request to propose.

Lotus component

  • lotus daemon - chain sync
  • lotus fvm/fevm - Lotus FVM and FEVM interactions
  • lotus miner/worker - sealing
  • lotus miner - proving(WindowPoSt/WinningPoSt)
  • lotus JSON-RPC API
  • lotus message management (mpool)
  • Other

What is the motivation behind this feature request? Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

CI regression testing, like individual unit tests, lends insight into the mechanisms and implementation of a software product. Likewise, the associated logs can often be studied to divine out pathways of success for large software systems, particularly for those who take on the role of system administrators.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to see the status and output logs of the CI release testing process for all things lotus on a publicly accessible dashboard.

Describe alternatives you've considered

A reproducible test harness that can be run locally to reproduce the release testing results and potentially offer fixes and or test coverage fixes.
