Are there anymore details for this issue? I'm assuming the guide is for migrating from a specific Lotus version to the latest, correct?

It will be a guide for how to tune the Lotus node for making network migrations as graceful and stable as possible, especially for service providers and archival nodes which might have a lot of states in their chain data and meet extra stress during these periods.
