How to create a PoRep? #701

If I have, say, an image file, how can I create and verify a proof of replication of it? I'm guessing https://github.com/filecoin-project/rust-fil-proofs/tree/master/storage-proofs-porep is the place to look? But if that is the place to look, what do I do with the code there in order to accomplish my task?
