Is there a way to show a loader (or blur the page) when performing table actions like filtering or grouping?

For example, I have a lot of model records and when grouping them by user name or tag takes some time. During this time there is no visual indicator that something is going on and you may think that the feature is not working.

I want to show a loader or blur the table during the process to indicate that the action is going on.
