Doesn't work with number pad numbers

I'm using an apple keyboard with a number pad and the Top Left (cmd + opt + 1), Top Right (cmd + opt + 2), Bottom Left (cmd + opt + 3), Bottom Right (cmd + opt + 4) shortcuts don't work. os x 10.9, shiftit 1.5 and 1.6

Can verify this is the case on El Cap as well and Shiftit 1.6.3
