Just a suggestion: It would be nice to use this endpoint (or another one) to pull all unique identifiers related to an agency. If you use https://api.usaspending.gov/api/v2/bulk_download/list_agencies/ you get the toptier_agency_id, which is not present in https://api.usaspending.gov/api/v2/references/toptier_agencies/. If there are other unique IDs in the data, one endpoint that has that information would be great.

If I am missing something (very possible), I would appreciate a point in the right direction.
