The tests depends on a token that is not available in PRs: https://github.com/fedora-llvm-team/llvm-snapshots/actions/runs/10297736179/job/28501437807?pr=637

I think these tests only pass for @kwk.

Failing tests are:

FAILED snapshot_manager/tests/github_util_test.py::TestGithub::test_flip_test_label - AssertionError
FAILED snapshot_manager/tests/github_util_test.py::TestGithub::test_get_todays_issue - AssertionError
FAILED snapshot_manager/tests/github_util_test.py::TestGithub::test_get_workflow - AssertionError
