Add support for Tor bridges

One of the most prominent features of Feather Wallet is that it routes all traffic over Tor by default, but Tor is usually blocked in several countries which renders Feather Wallet unusable unless the user switches to using the clear net network which is not private at all. Tor bridges fix this and allow users in countries with restrictive internet to use Tor.
