The tests cases are starting to take forever again. For the most part, it's coming from the eulerian-lagrangian communicator and virtual boundary forcing tests. Some major restructuring on how we are testing them should reduce the test significantly. One obvious way to speed this up is to deprecate the compilation of sopht kernels as the solution to compare with, and instead compare with solutions known apriori as done in sopht tests cases for these kernels.

I can take care of this when other more important things are dealt with.
