Questions about noise sampling

Great work! I noticed that in the code, the noise is re-sampled randomly at each time step t during the editing process. I'm curious about the reason behind this. 

I've also found that using the same fixed noise can yield reasonable results. So, I'm wondering what the key differences are between using randomly sampled noise and fixed noise in this context.
