Hi,

I was planning to submit a PR with a small fix to make the library compatible with PyAV v10.0.0.

However, I've noticed that test_fuse_bn.py fails right away. Is this expected?

Would you still accept a PR with unit test that is failing but is unrelated to the PR changes?
