Table cache is hardcoded to use LRU cache only/doesn't use hyper clock cache

Given that we have hyper clock cache support now. Is there a reason why table cache is not setup to use hyper clock cache when it's enabled? Is it not supported, or have we simply not updated this code path since the introduction of hyper clock cache?
