This implements legacy context on the task so that we can track it through suspended points and pick back up. (This doesn't yet implement "new" context on classes.)
It also implements classes. It's mostly a copy/paste of the Fiber implementation with some things removed (e.g. strict mode warnings/double render) and without the use of Fibers. I figured keeping this structure makes it easier to ensure parity. I copied a few warnings from partial renderer too.
Note that ReactFizzClassComponent doesn't refer to the Task. It gets its values passed instead so I don't have to leak the type.
