🐛 [Android][TextInput] combine secureTextEntry + autoComplete props

Description

In Android, when TextInput's secureTexEntry={false} props is combined with autoComplete={'off'} props the keyboard suggestion is showing.

Expected:
As we are passing autoComplete={'off'}, even if secureTexEntry={false} should not show the keyboard suggestion, just password should unmask.###
