Application Id renaming issue

I am getting the error in console when I am trying to renaming the application id in upper lower case like "com.ManishPandia" but it is throwing the exception warning in cli.

It is working fine when I am using the application id in lower case and not showing any issue

Please let me know why I am getting issue and how can I resolve as I already published the application with like "com.ManishPandia" but after version upgrade it is throwing the exception
