Make Components interactively dismissable in KeyboardAvoidingView

Is it possible to make components (such as a <TextInput>) interactively dismissable so they "stick" to the Keyboard?

I want the text input field (or rather the padded-in area in the KeyboardAvoidingView) to be dragged down just like the Keyboard:
