On the fast refresh of react native

I don't know why react native officials like to put out some functions that add to the cake. Before version 0.6, there was no problem in debugging with Google browser. Since react native put out a function called quick refresh, as long as I reload my Google browser F12 developer tool card for about 5-15 seconds or even 1 minute, my current version is 0.61.5. I don't know if there are any other functions People, like me, are slow to work,
