Support multiple instances of scheduler

Potentially we could have multiple schedulers with different names.
API and UI should reflect this scenario and give the user the chance to select the scheduler.
In a first release, we can deprioritise this feature and assume the limitation that quartz-manager can manage triggers within a single instance of the Scheduler which has the name given via application property.
