In-app indicator of live timing syncs.

Users often ask in the discord, or make tickets, questioning why the live timing sync doesn't work for a session - as it must be generated manually, which is then announced on the discord.
Perhaps it would be possible for there to be a small visual indicator next to a session name indicating wether the Sync has been released yet - or a pop up message when opening live timing "Sorry, live sync not available yet - the consequences of this are [x,y,z]"

Understand it may add additional work updating the app to inform of it of when Syncs are released, but think it might save quite a few users and mods time :)

Extremely crude preview image, but I'm imagining just a little red/green indicator next to the session, notifying if it's been synced yet.

To further clarify, since my message was vague and poorly worded, this refers to the releases of syncs for already completed sessions, as announced in #releases on the discord server
