POLCAM-SR

Software for processing single-molecule and diffraction limited polarisation camera image data.

The POLCAM-SR software is described in our bioRxiv preprint. Documentation can be found on the POLCAM website.

Requirements

1. MATLAB license (tested and developed using MATLAB R2023a)
2. MATLAB Toolboxes: Parallel Computing, Optimization, Image processing, Curve fitting, Statistics and Machine Learning
3. Mac or Windows

Installation of MATLAB plugin version

You can install POLCAM-SR as a MATLAB plugin. Click here to download the installer.

Installation of full version

1. Clone the repository
2. Run the file POLCAM-SR/POLCAM-SR.mlapp
