We can probably get the GH pages distro under 1MB by using the web-specific build of SWIPL wasm (and setting up locateFile to look for the .wasm in github pages) once SWI-Prolog/npm-swipl-wasm#8 is merged.

Please note - I am unlikely to action this issue unless someone explicitly asks for it as it does not seem to provide much added value at this point in time.
