Tweet to @appsecwiki link not working properly

Hi,

First of all thanks for sharing appsecwiki, it will help the community a lot.

In the Contribution section, There is an option to "tweet to @appsecwiki",

When someone clicks on @appsecwiki, page redirected to https://appsecwiki.com/#/twitter.com/appsecwiki and 404 page is returned.
