"Edit on EXLcode" button increasing in numbers

The number of "Edit on EXLcode" button increases by one each time the "go back" or "go forward" arrows on the top left corner of chrome is clicked.

Have had trouble recreating this in my version of chrome, but need to have a check by ID before ever adding it to see if the button is already there. Will do.
